Is there already a case against him and the Trump administration at the ICC? If not, does anyone know how to start one?

Thanks for the explanation! Why is it like this though? The people voted for the president, not the vice president, so why aren’t there new elections?
Unfortunately, most of them do. Obviously, still no reason to level the city, but you should not fall for that romantic thought of an oppressed populace that is secretely against the war.

Would Vance just get to to continue be president for the remaining term? The more I learn about the US system, the more I realise how dumb it is. Why are there no new elections when the president dies? Vice president should only take over during the transition…

Who’s what “we”? Haven’t seen anyone do anything against ICE’s kidnappings.

Great reasoning… leave it for when it doesn’t matter anymore

In Switzerland there is wealth tax that scales with your wealth and already starts at 100k, but then it’s something like 0.001%. I’ve never heard anyone complain about it. I do agree though that the idea of treating leveraging assets as income is quite interesting and makes sense.

100% correct. Apart from overproduction, this is the biggest problem with cars. Absolutely no one needs an SUV that weighs tons, it uses more gas and it’s way more dangerous. Honestly, there should be an upper weight/size limit on cars.

How would that be better than a simple wealth tax?

If it were 2% wealth tax, I’d agree with you. Like this it’s worth nothing. It’s incredibly easy for rich people to have an income of essentially 0.

I think you posed the wrong question, Musk is clearly drugged up mad, not even a doubt about it. Thiel and Altman pretty much the same. I would rather like some examples for AOC and Mamdani.

Completely agree, those summaries are incredibly bad. I was recently looking for some information in Gemini meeting notes and just couldn’t find it, even though I was sure it had been talked about. Then I read the transcript itself and realised that the artificial unintelligence had simply left out all the most important bits.

Sure, American productivity has zoomed ahead of that of its European peers. Only a handful of countries manage to produce more stuff per hour of work
Is that true? Productivity is usually measured in “value” created per hour worked, not in things that were produced. So if the US produces loads of overvalued crap, it will appear more productive, but isn’t.
