Alright, I got myself a blog in Portuguese on tumblr. And recently I’m getting more and more involved into privacy on the web.
I wanted to switch to Pixelfed or for Friendica since it doesn’t have a small text limit as mastodon and others, but the Portuguese instances are either for +18 users or dead.
I’m currently on iris.to, but is there another website I could use? I can’t selfhost stuff, I share a bedroom with my brother and we don’t have space for a computer.
Maybe try something a bit further? Spain or Germany? AFAIK the latter has bigger fedi crowd. Former is just closer to you
No, I mean, my blog is for brazillian lost medias archiving, so it’s in Portuguese. And I need a Portuguese language instance to post in Portuguese.
Pixelfed and Friendica treat language box more rigorously than Mastodon and Lemmy?
I never broke language boxes to give it a check, so I don’t really know.
