It just seems, I dunno, fishy. Shower room instead of in his cell, for instance. But either way there’s not really any way to prove it. It’s just i guess the first thing in my mind was they cornered him in the shower area, and quickly scribbled down a success note knowing there will not ever be even an investigation. But I’m making plenty of assumptions, so…
