Kinda true! I usually switch Active/6h (default) to be somewhat up to date
Unrelated, my bedtime screentime is just some simple type YouTube video noises that aren’t too interesting for me to view so I can fall asleep.
also less potential for AI slop too, reddit has been infested with so much bot, AI posts.
Wish there was far more clarity for any platform to see that. The dead internet theory isn’t a wild concept anymore.
