The Trump administration wants to force foreign visitors to give border agents access to their social media accounts before they are allowed into the country. The proposal applies to all visa-free travelers.

They get angry if someone with slightly different color skin or speaks slightly differently is pulling a paycheck doing a job they wouldn’t do and looking after their own family. Basically existing.
You say that as if republicans have suddenly developed a critical thinking ability and wouldn’t simply give into ego to be angry at the principle.
A lot of Americans on the right famiously doesnt own a passport and doesn’t leave the country. You are more or less playing into their hand…
