You know who to boycott. It’s not like they’re affordable with the tariffs anyway.

Depends on… well, a lot of factors. I’d start by looking at “walking shoes” and “trail runners”, they tend to be lightweight and comfortable without fully giving up on durability. Appearance is a matter of taste.

Thanks for the recommendation, unfortunately not what I’m looking for, I prefer a high-top sneaker rather than a running/walking shoe. But I appreciate you taking the time to respond

High-top is tricky right now, they aren’t trendy so options are limited. If you haven’t looked at skate shoes, Vans has more options than most and are pretty affordable. There’s also ebay and a huge market of sneaker resellers but I can’t make specific recommendations there. Good luck finding something you like, I also have a hard time finding stuff that fits right and doesn’t look stupid.

Haha yeah that’s always been my problem. What I like isn’t trendy, which makes it hard to find. Fortunately my current shoes are only maybe a year old so I’ve got a good couple years before it becomes a problem.

I recently bought motorbike shoes. They’re high-tops (to prevent my ankle being crushed in an accident), look good, and are incredibly comfortable. I’m toying with the idea of just switching to motorbike shoes for day-to-day use when my current shoes need replacing lol
