The overview effect is a cognitive shift reported by some astronauts while viewing the Earth from space. The effect can cause changes in the observer’s self concept and value system, and can be transformative.
This one actually does make sense. He actually knows what the fuck is going on. He’s not just a stooge trying to cozy up to Trump.
He has experience with NASA, space contractors, and has been in space performing research for NASA. The Overview Effect shouldn’t be discounted.
